The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. While the building shows signs of age, my room was clean and tidy. Each morning, I enjoyed a good breakfast that pleasantly surprised me, setting a great tone for my day of exploring the area.
Not a great place for peace and quiet. 😕.

There were a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a work desk in the room, greatly enjoyed that. Booked it for US$ 119. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, efficient with every request. This hotel was located in a central area short walk to the banff downtown area and the market place. Furthermore, right between two Roam bus stations.

My room, equipped with both air conditioning and a lovely balcony, provided a refreshing escape to enjoy the breeze.
I did notice a slight inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which occasionally dropped during peak hours. While it was not a major issue, it could be improved for an even smoother experience.

An Lovely Stay in Banff
I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful balcony view from my room and appreciated the distance to local restaurants and shops on Caribou Street, which added vibrancy to my experience. The free shuttle service offered to the Banff Gondola was an unexpected bonus, enhancing my adventure in the stunning surroundings of the Canadian Rockies. Breakfast was a delight, with a range of options that fueled my day ahead.
Minor maintenance issues noticed.

The venue was clean, offered very good staff and food. I liked the room, it was cosy and complete with a balcony as well as a ' Mountain View '. As for me, the location was decent, so close to two Roam bus stations and the Center and Banff.

It was easy to book, I had absolutely no problems with check-in because they knew exactly who I was and had my booking ready for me. The hotel was on the outskirts of Banff, however it was still walking distance to town.

The room had a cable television, a coffee maker, and a hair dryer. the hotel is centrally located near a bus stop. - It's a short walk to a grocery store, gas station, communal areas, and the river.

The price! Also having an outdoor pool were the two reasons we went there on short notice. Unfortunately the pics oversold the condition of the hotel. It was basically clean and the beds were comfortable.
For us it was ok but there were no elevators and to get to the 2nd floor and then down to the pool was inconvenient. The building is older and while the outdoor pool was warm and the water seemed clean it really needs to be renewed.

There were a lot of great services included or available such as a pool and hot tub, complimentary breakfast, a liquor store in the lobby and free covered parking. As well it was within walking distance (although a fairly long walk) of downtown Banff.
The only problems were that the room was quite dirty- orange peels under the bed and a weird stain on a towel. As well our balcony looked straight at a cement wall.
